1、 Core structural components
Gear
Using high-strength cast iron material, oil suction and pressure are achieved through the rotation of external gears.
When gears mesh, the volume on one side decreases to discharge oil, while the volume on the other side increases to absorb oil, forming continuous oil transportation.
Side panel
Adopting floating pressure balance side plate to achieve axial sealing, reduce leakage and improve efficiency.
Some models (such as CB-FC25-FC) achieve radial sealing through tooth top sweeping, further optimizing sealing performance.
Bearing
Equipped with DU bearings or sliding bearings, it has strong load-bearing capacity and is suitable for high-speed and high-pressure working conditions.
Bearing design reduces friction and extends the service life of the pump.
2、 Auxiliary structure
Pump body and cover plate
The pump body is made of high-strength cast iron or aluminum alloy die-casting, with a compact structure and light weight.

Sealing design
Adopting a secondary sealing structure to enhance sealing reliability and prevent oil leakage.
The floating side panel design can automatically compensate for wear and maintain long-term sealing effect.
3、 Working principle
When the gear rotates, the volume of the sealed chamber changes periodically:
Oil absorption stage: The volume increases, forming negative pressure to suck in oil.
Oil pressure stage: The volume decreases and the oil is squeezed out.
This continuous action achieves efficient transportation of oil.
