The core working principle of CB-FC pump relies on the meshing of a pair of gears to “push” the oil, achieving oil suction and pressure.

1、 Core work process
Oil absorption stage
When the gear rotates, the teeth of the oil suction chamber gradually detach, the sealed volume increases, and a local vacuum is formed. The oil is sucked into the tooth groove under atmospheric pressure.

Oil pressure stage
The gear continues to rotate, and the oil is carried to the oil pressure chamber. The gear teeth enter into mesh, and the volume decreases. The oil is squeezed and discharged, completing the delivery.

2、 Key structural support
Gear: External meshing design, achieving volume change through meshing separation.
Side panel: Floating pressure balance side panel, reducing leakage and improving efficiency.
Pump body and cover plate: form a sealed chamber to ensure stable oil delivery.

3、 Application scenarios
This type of pump has a simple structure and strong self-priming ability, and is widely used in hydraulic systems such as engineering machinery, mining equipment, and lifting and transportation.
