CB-B Series Hydraulic Gear Oil Pumps Materials

The CB-B type gear pump features a split three-piece structure, assembled by fastening the front pump cover, pump body, and rear pump cover with locating pins and screws. Key components include a pair of involute gears (driving gear and driven gear), pump shaft, and needle bearings. The gears and pump body form sealed chambers, separated by the meshing line into suction and discharge chambers. The designed axial clearance (0.025-0.06mm) and radial clearance (0.13-0.16mm) ensure flexible gear rotation and minimize leakage. A relief groove is incorporated on the pump body end face to channel leaked oil back to the suction chamber. The larger suction port reduces resistance, while the smaller discharge port balances hydraulic radial forces.
