1. Workflow
Suction Phase: The internal gear (driving gear) rotates the external gear (driven gear), causing the meshing points to gradually separate. The volume of the liquid-containing chamber increases, creating a partial vacuum, which draws the oil under atmospheric pressure.
Pressure oil stage: As the gears continue to rotate, the meshing point gradually approaches, the volume of the liquid-holding chamber decreases, the oil is compressed, and the pressure rises, then the oil is discharged through the pressure oil port.
II. Structural Features
Gear tooth design: The internal gear features an arc-shaped tooth profile, while the external gear adopts a short cycloid shape, eliminating the need for a crescent-shaped partition and resulting in a more compact structure.
Advantages: Low noise, smooth oil delivery, and excellent self-priming performance, suitable for high-speed and low-pressure hydraulic systems (working pressure typically ≤2.5MPa).
