The installation of 4WREE series proportional valves must strictly follow the specifications to ensure control accuracy and service life.
The following are detailed installation steps and precautions:Preparation work before installation
Component and system compatibility check
Verify whether the model parameters of the proportional valve (such as rated pressure of 31.5MPa, flow range, control voltage of ± 10V, feedback signal type of 4-20mA) are consistent with the system design.
Check the viscosity (recommended 32~68cSt) and cleanliness (required to meet ISO 4406 16/14/11 levels) of the hydraulic oil. It is recommended to install a 10 μ m fine filter in the system.
Confirm that the installation environment is far away from strong electromagnetic interference sources, with a temperature of -10~50 ℃ and humidity ≤ 80%.

Preparation of tools and accessories
Prepare torque wrench, clean non-woven fabric, specialized hydraulic oil, fluororubber material seals, etc.
If it is a flange connection type, special installation flanges and shock pads need to be prepared.

Valve body installation steps
Installation position and fixation
It is recommended to install the valve body horizontally (special models can be installed vertically) to avoid the valve core getting stuck due to gravity.
Flange connection type: Tighten the bolts evenly to the specified torque (usually 15-30N · m) to avoid deformation of the valve body.
Threaded connection type: Tighten with a wrench after screwing in by hand, and do not use the valve body as a force point to strike. Special sealant should be applied to the threads.
When there is significant vibration, rubber shock absorbers with a thickness of 1-3mm can be installed.

Pipeline connection
Confirm the oil port identification: P (inlet), T (return), A/B (working oil port), X (control oil port).
Rinse the pipeline with hydraulic oil before connection to remove impurities; The high-pressure pipeline should use seamless steel pipes or high-pressure hoses, and the return oil pipeline should be directly connected to the oil tank.
Pre debugging inspection
After installation, conduct a visual inspection to confirm that there is no damage or leakage.
Perform electrical connections and wiring according to the instructions to ensure that the electrical components are functioning properly.

Precautions
The installation surface should be clean, free of moisture and oil stains, and the fixing screws should be manually tightened.
Electrical connections should refer to the sample and adopt special protective measures.
