1、 Core principle: Gear meshing drives volume change
Liquid suction stage: The driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate in the opposite direction. As the gears gradually disengage, the sealed volume between the teeth increases, forming a local vacuum and thus sucking in the liquid.
Drainage stage: The gears continue to rotate and enter meshing, gradually reducing the sealed volume, and the liquid is squeezed out to achieve continuous transportation.

2、 Structural features: compact and efficient, reliable sealing
Pump body and gear: The pump body is usually made of high-strength cast iron, and the internal cavity is precision machined; The gears are involute straight teeth, supported by bearings, and rotate smoothly through meshing.
Sealing system: using a combination of mechanical seals and skeleton oil seals to effectively prevent leakage and ensure efficient operation.
